the end of the scary short story

     When we ate the last chocolate bar. all the lights suddenly went out. next second, a voice hovered around us, "welcome to the brave game! trails and sufferings have already started!" the voice disappeared, and we all fell down. when i opened my eyes, i found that we were living in a graveyard. i tried to wake my friends, but it's failed. i looked around and saw many coffins which haven't buried yet and dark night. i spotted something like a man behind the tree which far away from me five feet. i thought of vampires which i watched in the scary movie immediately. next second, i fell down without seeing anything. the world returned to silence. "woo!" i sat up in bed. i realized that it's a nightmare and wiped the sweat on my forehead. suddenly, a familiar voice hovered around me,"congratulations, you are in the second stage dream. the game is not over."

          I know everyone who comes to visit china is so exciting. But, sometimes, may be you will meet some problems which you never have met it yet. next, I am going to tell you some important. The first one is food. china has many kinds of food from different part of china. Please notice them and ask waiters before you order them. Because someone are too spicy and someone are too sweet. If you have some religion believe , please also ask waiters that it can avoid many troubles. Next , you need a tour guide or some friends from china. Because it is a little difficult to travel around china in English than travel in other country and they will tell you that you can do what in china and some forbidden things in china. Finally, don't buy many souvenirs in the tourist attractions because sometimes it is too expensive and has a low quality. The limousine has a pretty face. It has a long body and many windows. Usually it is black or white. Inside it , it has two lines leather seats. One of them has two chairs on the bottom of the car, and the other line has three chairs on the right side. On the opposite side, it has a small bar. The bar includes a small icebox, many glasses, and many drinks. On the bottom of the inside part of the car, it has a red carpet. On the top of the car, it has many lights and scuttles. The outside and inside are both nice. It was at least fifteen feet long. It had six doors and could carry ten passengers comfortably

         This is a fast developing society. Everying changes everyday. There has been big changes between today and five years ago. For example , communication facilities have become more and more advanced. Cellphones , laptops , and TVs are examples of advancements. Every single day , there are many new products on the market and they have more functions and more techniques than five years ago. Next, we have a more convenient transportation system. We have trains travel over 350 miles per hour today, and the high speed shortens travel time. It means the whole world is more like a village than five yeras ago.But there are also some of the same problems as five years ago, like disease and pollution. There are many diseases that we have not found cures for slove them, and the pollution problem is also becoming more and more serious. In summary, society is developing, but there are also many problems.

What are characteristics of a good leader

              I think that good characteristics are important for to be a good leader.The first one is personal glamour.I think that it is nessssary for every good leader in each area. If your employees consider that you don't have ability and confidence to lead them to be successful. Although you have genius brain and powerful skills, that's unhelpful for your lead without the personal glamour. Next, it is perfect perfession skills. You must understand everything which in your area. When your team meet troubles, you must have ability and knowledge to lead your team slove them or just by yourself. Finall, a good communication skill is necessary. You must know your all members in your team that what they do well and what they can do. If your employees have complict with each other, you must slove them and make all the people consider that you make a good decision. You need guarantee no one doubt your judgement. You need to treat everyone equally.  In summary, personal glamour, perfect perfession skills, and communication skill are important keys for to be a good leader.
